Designs the technical foundation for Dave’s AI Agent Factory, including agent architecture, MCP servers, governed data access, semantic-layer integrations, evaluation frameworks, deployment standards, observability, authentication, authorization, auditability, and PII protection. The role establishes scalable AI engineering standards and reusable infrastructure while partnering with Data, Engineering, Security, and Product teams to enable safe, reliable company-wide AI adoption.

Design, build, and maintain scalable, secure backend services powering bank accounts, cards, and payments. Own distributed systems, design data models across SQL/NoSQL, build RESTful APIs, improve reliability and observability, participate in code reviews, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, maintainable solutions for millions of users.

Lead paid media and user acquisition strategy for new financial product launches. Own channel evaluation, campaign testing, budget allocation, growth forecasting, creative testing, optimization, scaling, and martech readiness. Partner with Product, Finance, Analytics, Marketing, Engineering, and Martech teams to build profitable acquisition engines, establish tracking and dashboards, and improve CAC, LTV, ROI, and unit economics across multiple products.

Own the strategy, roadmap, and underwriting models for Dave’s consumer credit products, including ExtraCash, Flex card, and future offerings. Partner with Data Science, Engineering, Risk, and Product teams to build scalable underwriting infrastructure, expand alternative data signals, manage credit KPIs, and lead rigorous experimentation. Present risk trade-offs to senior leadership, identify new underwriting-driven opportunities, and mentor product managers while balancing credit access, growth, retention, and losses.

Lead and scale Dave's data and risk partnerships across fraud, identity, open banking, bank connectivity, and credit bureaus. Own partner sourcing, diligence, negotiation, contracting, implementation, governance, and performance measurement to improve underwriting, fraud controls, member eligibility, and repayment outcomes.

Lead strategy and execution for distribution and marketing partnerships to drive user acquisition. Source, negotiate, structure, launch, and scale partner deals; collaborate with product, legal, finance, analytics, and marketing to measure and optimize performance.
