Leads complex RFx processes, supplier selection, negotiations, governance, preferred-supplier planning, rate cards, SOW standards, performance reviews, and commercial playbooks. Partners with Marketing, Finance, Legal, and regional stakeholders to reduce supplier fragmentation, improve purchasing discipline, manage risk, and increase commercial value without slowing campaign execution.
