Advise private equity sponsors and portfolio companies on technology strategy, due diligence, cybersecurity, cloud modernization, M&A integration, carve-outs, and managed services. Lead executive engagements, solution development, strategic pursuits, proposals, presentations, and business cases connecting technology investments to value creation. Support client relationships, thought leadership, practice development, and transitions from sales to delivery.

Leads and develops NOC engineers, oversees daily network operations, ensures SLA performance, and coordinates responses to major incidents and escalations. The supervisor distributes workloads, monitors metrics, communicates with clients and leadership, conducts post-incident reviews, improves runbooks and processes, and identifies automation opportunities. The role requires technical team leadership, strong networking and systems knowledge, effective incident management, and occasional after-hours support.
