Perform initial investigations, validate alerts, document incidents, follow SOPs, escalate suspicious activity, and support vulnerability management. The role also includes basic Windows, Linux, Active Directory, Azure, AWS, and Microsoft 365 operational monitoring, service troubleshooting, backup validation, and compliance activities in a remote 24/7 environment.
