Provides accurate information about fees, requirements, and support while delivering professional customer service through phone, email, and occasional in-person interactions.

Supports Zenshi franchisees through mentorship, operational guidance, policy enforcement, food safety oversight, financial analysis, sales strategy, and field visits. The role monitors franchise performance, reviews P&L, cash flow, and EBITDA, identifies profitability opportunities, and holds franchisees accountable to brand standards. It requires relationship-building, restaurant operations leadership, documentation, and up to 60% travel to franchise locations.
