Analyzes business processes and stakeholder needs to develop, document, validate, and implement technology solutions for Finance systems, including Questica and Oracle E-Business Suite. Responsibilities include requirements gathering, process improvement, business case development, functional specifications, solution evaluation, and guidance throughout systems planning, development, testing, and implementation. The role also manages project scope, budget, schedules, and coordination.

Leads full lifecycle project management for industrial control system upgrades across water treatment plants. Provides technical oversight to engineering staff, plant technicians, and consultants; coordinates with Operations, OT, IT, Engineering, and field teams; reviews technical designs and budgets; and supports SCADA construction, testing, commissioning, and startup. Also assigns work, schedules activities, directs staff, and supports employee development and training.
