Provides strategic and hands-on Azure cloud architecture leadership for DoD environments. Designs and validates Mission Landing Zones, Zero Trust architectures, cloud-native security stacks, secure networking, compliance policies, and automated infrastructure deployments. Builds CI/CD pipelines, supports Azure Government and commercial cloud environments, and ensures high availability, failover, and alignment with DoD security requirements. The role requires Azure architecture, Infrastructure as Code, DevSecOps, DoD SCCA, and security compliance expertise.

Supports federal proposal pricing by analyzing competitor pricing, indirect rates, labor categories, salary surveys, market data, and customer spending patterns. Builds and updates pricing and cost models, performs price-to-win and proposal cost analyses, maintains documentation, interprets solicitation requirements, identifies pricing risks, and presents recommendations to management. Collaborates with capture managers, proposal managers, executives, and other analysts while managing multiple assignments remotely.

Supports government contract accounting, including direct and indirect cost classification, indirect rate calculations, FAR and CAS compliance, contract cost reporting, audits, budgeting, forecasting, and management analysis. Maintains accurate records and collaborates with accounting, contracts, payroll, HR, and program management teams.

Lead enterprise cloud architecture, application modernization, and migration to Azure Government IL5. Design secure, scalable cloud-native architectures, Azure networking, identity, Kubernetes environments, data lakes, AI/ML capabilities, hybrid integrations, and DevSecOps governance aligned with DoD Zero Trust principles. Establish reference architectures and modernization roadmaps while providing technical leadership, architectural oversight, and mentorship across engineering teams.

Manage secure, compliant data environments, including governance policies, data architecture, integration, quality, security controls, audits, and performance optimization. Lead data analysis, reporting, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration while mentoring junior staff. The role requires protecting sensitive or classified data, maintaining access controls and encryption, and ensuring compliance with government and organizational standards.

Designs, develops, and maintains complex full-stack applications; contributes to architecture, design patterns, code reviews, debugging, and performance improvements. Collaborates with product managers, QA engineers, and stakeholders in Agile delivery processes. Maintains coding standards, stays current with technology trends, and mentors junior developers while delivering scalable, high-quality software solutions.
