Leads product and UX design strategy across web and mobile products, owns the design system, identifies and prioritizes UX improvements, and partners with Product and Engineering. Supervises, mentors, and develops a small product design team while conducting research, wireframing, prototyping, and interface design. Engages customers and Operations staff, contributes to product planning, establishes design standards, guides AI-assisted design practices, and reviews complex or high-visibility work.

Leads revenue operations, CRM optimization, sales and revenue process design, forecasting, pipeline management, reporting, dashboards, sales technology adoption, and performance analytics. Partners with Finance, Sales, Marketing, and senior leadership to improve revenue predictability, operational efficiency, and growth. Manages the Revenue Operations team and oversees commission plan design and administration.

Secures new clients for Cadmium’s LMS, EventTech, and video software platforms through consultative sales. Responsibilities include prospecting, pipeline management, tailored product demonstrations, sales strategy development, CRM documentation, forecasting, trade show participation, and account handoff. The role requires strong communication, presentation, analytical, relationship-building, and technical aptitude skills, with up to 20% travel.
