Summary:


Cadmium is seeking an experienced and strategic Revenue Operations Director to lead our revenue operations and analytics, optimize CRM functionality, and provide data-driven insights to support organizational growth. In this pivotal role, you will design and implement scalable revenue processes, drive forecast accuracy, and deliver actionable recommendations to senior leadership. Working cross-functionally with Finance and Sales, you will focus on improving operational efficiency, driving revenue predictability, and implementing sales performance metrics to achieve business growth.

           

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Oversee CRM systems to ensure accurate reporting, forecasting, and analytics. Drive system enhancements and champion CRM adoption across the organization.
  • Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of scalable sales and revenue processes, including territory planning, quota assignment, and pipeline management.
  • Analyze pipeline, bookings, and revenue data to provide detailed forecasting, performance tracking, and actionable insights for senior leadership.
  • Develop and manage comprehensive reports and dashboards, providing senior leadership with actionable insights into performance and trends of marketing efforts, bookings, revenue, products, customer behavior, and other financial performance.
  • Collaborate with leadership to define organizational goals, forecast sales performance, and align strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to leadership, contributing to the development of strategic goals, organizational forecasts, and revenue growth initiatives.
  • Help select and drive the adoption of innovative sales tools and technology to streamline workflows and increase operational efficiency.
  • Provide guidance and best practices to team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making.
  • Deliver insights and recommendations through customized reports to support decision-making at all levels of the organization.
  • Additional duties as assigned.


Supervisory Responsibilities:

  • Manage team members on the Revenue Operations team and provide guidance on best practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making.

Education and/or Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management, or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in revenue planning or revenue operations in the SaaS or technology industry.
  • Demonstrated leadership in driving sales process improvements and cross-functional initiatives.
  • Demonstrated experience organizing and driving complex, multi-functional projects or programs.
  • Ability to design, model, and administer commission plans.
  • Strong knowledge of IT/SaaS Industry.
  • Strong knowledge of HubSpot CRM (or closely related CRM) required.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:

  •  HubSpot certification a plus
