The intern captures and edits short-form videos, coordinates event logistics and vendors, and collaborates with the Practice Growth Team to align marketing efforts with practice goals.

Own a portfolio of healthcare practices, coaching providers to increase patient volume, retention, lifetime value, and revenue. Build individualized growth plans, manage provider health and advocacy, identify churn risks, test new wellness and cash-pay offerings, develop scalable playbooks, and partner cross-functionally with product, operations, and growth teams. The role is based in Santa Monica, California, and involves working closely with company founders and providers.

Own the end-to-end launch lifecycle for new nurse practitioner practices: guide EHR and scheduling setup, activate ZocDoc, coordinate credentialing/billing/operations, troubleshoot go-live issues, manage a rolling pipeline of launches, refine playbooks, coach new providers on practice-building, and report launch metrics.
