Manage inbound and outbound calls, follow up with leads and inquiries, convert prospects into booked appointments, coordinate scheduling across multiple med spa locations, document client interactions, track sales activity and conversion metrics, and support promotions, re-engagement campaigns, and appointment reminders. Collaborate with clinic and front desk teams to ensure smooth client handoffs.

Lead operational and strategic management of a $20M, five-clinic portfolio in Los Angeles. Own P&L, coach Clinic Managers, drive integrations (Zenoti EMR), implement SOPs, manage vendors, ensure compliance, support growth and post-acquisition integrations, and train junior operations staff.
