About us
Annie Aesthetic (“Annie”) is a private equity strategy focused on the medical aesthetics industry. Annie is a low-profile platform that is acquiring and operating best-in-class medical aesthetics businesses across the United States. We work alongside each of our clinics, providing financial and operational support to aid in their growth. We take an approach that optimizes for the best long-term outcomes for all parties - owners, employees, clients, and investors alike. We intentionally foster a performance-oriented, dynamic culture that values ownership, pragmatism, humility, and collaboration.

The Director of Operations will play a critical role in driving clinic performance and supporting growth initiatives. This role offers a unique blend of strategic and operational responsibilities, ideal for a dynamic, results-oriented leader with a passion for building teams and growing businesses.

The portfolio company is based in Los Angeles, so the candidate must live in the LA area and be able to be on-site three to four days per week. Some additional travel will be required, including team offsites. The majority of employees are most comfortable speaking in Mandarin so fluency is a requirement.
