Represent employees in California employment litigation by drafting motions, briefs, and pleadings; conducting legal research; managing caseloads and deadlines; collaborating with senior attorneys on complex matters; and maintaining professional and ethical standards in fast-paced adversarial litigation.

Provide on-site litigation support to attorneys including preparing and filing legal documents, managing case files and calendars, client and witness communications, transcription/proofreading, research, and general office support.

Conduct phone interviews with prospective clients, communicate via phone/email/text, schedule appointments, take and summarize interview notes, and perform other administrative duties. Training provided; full-time on-site role.
