Manage and oversee special education services across a portfolio of schools, administering and facilitating IEPs, ensuring compliance and timelines, conducting assessments, monitoring service provision, and delivering professional development and coaching for special and general education staff to improve student outcomes.

Lead and manage school operations to ensure safety, efficiency, full enrollment, and financial health. Supervise operations staff and vendors, implement systems for attendance, student records, meals, cleanliness, safety, and technology, manage events and purchasing within budget, and analyze operational data to drive continuous improvement across the school and network.
