Coordinate switchgear bid opportunities from request through submission: review documentation, request and track information from vendors and manufacturers, prepare bid packages, monitor deadlines, maintain records and communications, support sales and project teams, assist with project turnover, and learn to read project specifications and one-line diagrams.

Manage inbound telephone and email orders, quote pricing and terms, specify products and assemble pricing for electrical, lighting, and solar systems. Part-time, in-person HR intern supporting HR operations: track and manage training and onboarding, maintain and audit HR records (I-9s, employee files), build/maintain tracking systems, document SOPs, improve workflows, and provide administrative and project support using Excel and HR tools.
