Walters Wholesale Electric, an affiliate of USESI, is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Outside Sales Representative to join our team. This position will be located in the Los Angeles, CA territory.


Job Type:  Full-time, Exempt
Hours:  Morning Shift


Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage directly with customers through in-person visits to drive sales and build strong business relationships.
  • Identify customer needs and offer tailored solutions by partnering with internal teams and product specialists.
  • Prospect for new business and develop existing accounts to grow sales in Construction, Commercial, Energy Services, and Industrial markets.
  • Generate accurate quotes and manage the sales cycle from inquiry to order.
  • Attend sales and product training sessions to expand industry knowledge.
  • Provide regular feedback on market trends and competitive activity.
  • Resolve customer issues promptly while delivering outstanding service.
  • Travel regularly to customer sites and branch offices.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in the industrial controls, electrical or related industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in sales or related field preferred; equivalent experience accepted.
  • Strong communication, customer service, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to analyze customer needs, overcome objections, and manage multiple accounts.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic math for pricing and profitability.
  • Valid driver's license and safe driving record required.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs. and maintain a flexible schedule for customer visits.

Pay Range

$65,000 to $85,000 plus commission
