Outbound-focused Sales Development Representative responsible for generating pipeline through multi-channel prospecting (phone, email, LinkedIn, short-form video), scheduling high-quality meetings, researching accounts, maintaining CRM data, collaborating with AEs/Marketing/Product, iterating messaging, and hitting monthly KPIs.

Own the full customer lifecycle for a book of sales tax customers: lead onboarding to time-to-value, maintain account health and expansion, triage escalations, forecast and execute renewals, run business reviews, track CS metrics, and collaborate with Sales, Support, and Product to improve processes and product.

Lead and grow the Product Engineering team to deliver customer-facing web dashboards, APIs, integrations, and AI workflows. Own roadmap execution, collaborate with Product and Design, drive engineering best practices (testing, deployment, observability), provide technical mentorship, and remain hands-on in architecture and code reviews to ensure high-quality, scalable SaaS product delivery.

Build and grow relationships with accounting firms, CFO consultants, and advisors. Source and onboard partners, run outbound campaigns, manage CRM and referrals, ensure partner revenue share, host events and represent Kintsugi at conferences, and collaborate with sales, marketing, and product to enable partner-driven growth.

Sell Kintsugi's sales-tax fintech solutions to e-commerce and SaaS companies. Build and manage pipeline, close deals, maintain client relationships, collaborate cross-functionally, report forecasts, and track market trends to drive revenue growth.
