Oversee the records and document management department, administer the document management application, ensure scan quality and privacy compliance, supervise and train support staff, implement processes, produce reports, and coordinate with other departments.

Design, implement, monitor, secure, and support enterprise IT infrastructure (servers, virtualization, networking, cloud). Maintain Windows Server/AD and Microsoft 365 environments, Azure/Intune, backups/disaster recovery, security (HIPAA/NIST/CIS compliance, EDR/SIEM), perform upgrades, troubleshooting, vendor coordination, documentation, on-call support, and infrastructure project work.

Collect and analyze data to assess change management and training effectiveness; implement audits; create assessment and trend reports; develop surveys and trainings; lead interviews and focus groups; track corrective actions and timelines; collaborate across departments to recommend and support performance improvements.
