Owns product design for web and mobile applications, including user flows, wireframes, prototypes, final UI, usability improvements, and design system contributions. Collaborates with Product, Engineering, and Research, uses customer feedback, testing, analytics, and AI tools to guide decisions, supports implementation, reviews builds, and presents work. Requires bilingual Chinese and English communication, strong Figma skills, accessibility knowledge, and experience launching and improving digital products.

Drive revenue growth through new business development and strategic expansion across drayage, dedicated transportation, freight forwarding, fulfillment, and ITEM SaaS offerings. Build executive relationships, conduct consultative discovery, cross-sell solutions, manage pipeline in CRM, collaborate with operations and customer success, and represent the company at industry events.

Design, build, test, and deploy AI agents, agentic workflows, and automation solutions. Partner with stakeholders to prototype and productionize full-stack AI applications across cloud, VPS, and local GPU environments while ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
