Design, develop, test, and integrate software features for in-flight entertainment. Build and maintain automated tests and CI/CD, triage and debug issues, drive quality improvements, estimate and deliver work, collaborate with stakeholders, and mentor other engineers while improving SDLC and documentation.

Lead strategic planning and execution of connectivity programs for aircraft OEMs, managing scope, schedule, budget, risk, cross-functional teams, governance, customer relationships, and mentorship of program managers to ensure delivery and roadmap alignment.

Lead industrialization and manufacturing readiness for new product introductions and transfer-of-work. Coordinate design, suppliers, supply chain, quality, and production to validate processes, equipment, and tooling. Drive supplier industrialization, capacity planning, PFMEA/FAI, DfM/DfA, yield and ramp strategies, and ensure compliance with AS9100 and FAA/EASA. Apply Lean and Six Sigma to improve efficiency and support international supplier negotiations and complex production relocations.
