Support software and hardware testing while applying human factors principles to operational documentation and interfaces.

Develop, analyze, fabricate, and improve production tooling for complex reactor mechanisms and structures. The role partners with design and manufacturing engineers, supports semi-remote reactor fueling and defueling operations, and identifies suppliers for tooling components and fabrication. Candidates should have an engineering degree, mechanical design experience, analytical and finite element analysis knowledge, and familiarity with electromechanical systems and lifting equipment.

Support supplier contracts, purchase orders, sourcing negotiations, delivery performance, cost savings, supply chain risk mitigation, and procurement process improvements. The coordinator will help maintain supplier relationships and ensure materials arrive on schedule for Radiant’s microreactor development and operational needs.

Administer Teamcenter and NX, including user access, engineering support, deployments, upgrades, testing, licensing, documentation, training, vendor coordination, CAD configuration, templates, libraries, and organizational standards. The role supports engineering users and maintains PLM and CAD data integrity while developing deeper platform ownership under the PLM Architect.

Owns Radiant’s Microsoft 365 GCC High, Entra identity infrastructure, IAM automation, Intune endpoint management, email security, Purview information protection, SaaS platforms, and AWS workloads. The role builds automated joiner-mover-leaver processes, manages access and compliance controls, supports CMMC evidence collection, delivers platform projects, and maintains networking fundamentals. This is a fully onsite, high-ownership systems administration position requiring occasional extended hours and weekend work.

Lead verification of safety-critical FPGAs for nuclear reactor safety, control, instrumentation, sensor processing, actuator handling, and communications. Develop SystemVerilog UVM/OVM testbenches, verification plans, regression suites, constrained-random tests, and coverage analysis. Collaborate with RTL, hardware, embedded software, and test engineers to resolve bugs and close functional coverage. The role is fully onsite in El Segundo and may require extended hours or weekends.

Owns visibility and delivery across Radiant’s IT and security program portfolio. The role establishes tracking systems, operating cadences, integrated schedules, risk management, reporting, and escalation processes across infrastructure, construction, compliance, and site programs. It coordinates IT buildout with facilities and contractors, supports CMMC and NIST compliance tracking, produces technical documentation and executive updates, and drives accountability across teams without direct authority. The position is fully onsite in El Segundo with up to 15% travel.
