Leads Apres Nail’s professional education function by setting strategy, developing online curricula and LMS programs, managing educators, supporting product and technical training, and measuring program performance. The role oversees course development, certifications, educator development, program operations, learner feedback, reporting, budgets, and cross-functional collaboration. It requires strategic leadership combined with hands-on ownership of scalable education programs for professional nail audiences.

Owns the NetSuite item master and product data lifecycle across multiple brands. Responsibilities include managing SKUs, UPCs, attributes, BOMs, ECOs, units of measure, dangerous-goods classifications, product synchronization with WMS and Shopify, data governance, audits, and process improvements. The role partners cross-functionally with product development, operations, procurement, planning, finance, compliance, logistics, IT, and e-commerce teams to maintain accurate, scalable product data and support commercialization.

Manage and grow wholesale, distributor, salon, retail, and partner accounts. Serve as primary customer contact, drive reorder and upsell activity, execute promotions and launches, coordinate cross-functional support, maintain CRM records and forecasts, and achieve assigned sales and retention targets while strengthening long-term client relationships.
