Recruiter and People Operations professional responsible for full-cycle recruiting across technical, product, design, marketing, and operations roles, while owning employee lifecycle processes, onboarding, offboarding, records, benefits support, policies, and engagement initiatives. Lead large-scale clipping campaigns to grow favorited’s social presence and reach. Identify viral moments from livestreams and creator activity, build high-volume clipping workflows, recruit and manage a network of clippers, and provide creative direction across platforms. Analyze views, watch time, engagement, shares, and follower growth to optimize content and distribution. Collaborate with creators, marketing, social, and community teams while monitoring memes, gaming culture, trends, and emerging platforms.

Lead favorited’s social presence across established and emerging platforms. Develop and execute content strategy to drive growth and engagement, translate product and creator moments into native content, act quickly on trends, optimize via data and testing, partner cross-functionally, and build community through direct engagement and content calendar management.

Develop visual creative for social, digital, marketing, campaigns, brand experiences, product launches, creator initiatives, and events. Evolve the company’s visual identity and brand systems, create templates, and deliver projects from concept through production. Collaborate with marketing, product, social, design, and creator teams while staying current with gaming, internet culture, social trends, and emerging visual styles.

Lead product initiatives for notifications, sharing, and mobile user flows to drive engagement, retention, and monetization. Define engagement loops, write requirements, set success metrics, and ship high-quality iOS/Android features. Partner cross-functionally with engineering, design, growth, data, and creator teams to iterate in a fast-paced live product environment.
