As an Implementation Manager, you'll handle customer deployments, drive software implementations, configure solutions, and train users onsite while improving workflows and processes.

Manage a portfolio of 20-30 public-safety accounts in the Pacific region, owning renewals, growth, customer health, strategic relationships, product adoption, and frontline support. Serve as product expert and advocate, surface customer feedback to engineering, document playbooks, and help build the Customer Success function. Travel to customer sites (~10%) and collaborate with sales and marketing to expand and publicize customer successes.

The Strategic Sales rep will drive growth in public safety by implementing AI solutions for 9-1-1 centers, building relationships and managing complex sales cycles.
