Supports a commercial litigation practice by managing case files, discovery tracking, timelines, calendars, docketing, court filings, subpoenas, document analysis, and case chronologies. The paralegal coordinates with attorneys, court clerks, vendors, and trial teams while maintaining organized operational infrastructure and ensuring litigation deadlines are met.

Builds senior relationships with GPs, LPs, emerging managers, and other investors; identifies opportunities; facilitates introductions; converts prospects into client opportunities; provides market intelligence; represents the firm at industry events; and partners with attorneys and business development teams to drive growth.
