Drive customer adoption, satisfaction, retention, and ROI for Cyera’s data security platform. Serve as a technical advisor, lead onboarding, training, workshops, and executive meetings, troubleshoot issues, develop success plans, monitor customer health, conduct quarterly business reviews, and provide feedback to product teams. The role requires SQL, scripting, API familiarity, project management, strong communication, and 25–50% annual travel.

Lead and scale a global renewals team to own end-to-end renewal processes, forecasting, risk identification, contract execution, and on-time close. Drive forecast accuracy, cohort renewal and on-time renewal KPIs, improve CRM/CLM tooling and playbooks, and partner with Sales, Customer Success, Legal, Deal Desk, and Finance to reduce cycle time and improve retention.

Develop and scale brand narratives and messaging that simplify cybersecurity and AI concepts. Write website copy, campaigns, product launches, case studies, video scripts, executive thought leadership, and event content. Partner with executives, product marketing, design, demand gen, and communications to ensure consistent, distinctive voice and positioning across channels.

Lead technical customer success for Cyera's platform: act as primary technical expert, drive onboarding and adoption, design custom use cases, troubleshoot issues, run executive and technical workshops, conduct QBRs, mentor team members, and influence product roadmap to maximize customer ROI and expansion.

The Platform Architect will bridge R&D and Field Sales teams, operationalize cloud security solutions, resolve technical issues, and enhance customer relationships while providing technical insights.

This role involves ensuring customer success by providing technical expertise, driving onboarding, managing customer relationships, and optimizing product adoption, while addressing challenges and mentoring team members.
