Description

WHO WE ARE

Come join the company at the center of how the world adopts AI securely. Cyera’s mission is to give enterprises the confidence to embrace AI safely — deciding exactly what it can see and do as it reaches deeper into the business. We started by solving the hardest problem in data security: finding and securing data faster and more precisely than anyone thought possible. That foundation is now the essential AI trust infrastructure for the Fortune 1000. We’re hiring mission-driven talent to put those leaders at the center of our story.

THE OPPORTUNITY

Cyera is looking for a Product Marketing Manager to own our go-to-market strategy and enablement for Global Systems Integrators (GSIs) — firms such as Accenture, Deloitte, and PwC. This is a high-visibility, cross-functional role sitting at the intersection of product marketing, partnerships, and sales enablement. You'll translate Cyera's data security value proposition into compelling positioning, content, and programs that GSI advisory, implementation, and managed-services practices can use to sell and deliver Cyera-powered engagements.

This role is right for someone who understands how GSIs build practices, sell transformation engagements, and staff delivery teams — and who can turn that understanding into marketing and enablement assets that actually get used in the field. You'll work extensively with stakeholders across Cyera's Partner Marketing team to help shape and execute the GSI go-to-market strategy together.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Define GSI-specific positioning and messaging — articulate why and how Cyera fits into GSI data security, privacy, AI governance, and cloud transformation practices, tailored to each partner's own narrative and offerings.
  • Build joint value propositions — work with Partnerships and the GSI account teams to develop joint solution briefs, battlecards, and points of view that combine Cyera's platform with a partner's advisory or implementation methodology.
  • Develop core content — write and produce presentations, ebooks, solution briefs, one-pagers, and other GSI-facing content that brings the positioning and joint value propositions to life.
  • Enable partner sellers and practitioners — create and deliver training, playbooks, and certification content so GSI teams can confidently position, scope, and sell Cyera-attached engagements.
  • Support co-marketing and demand generation — partner with Field and Channel Marketing on joint webinars, papers, conference presence, and campaigns that drive pipeline through GSI channels.
  • Partner closely with Cyera's Partner Marketing team — work hand-in-hand with Partner Marketing stakeholders to build and execute the GSI go-to-market strategy together, ensuring alignment between product marketing narrative and broader partner programs.
  • Be the voice of the GSI channel internally — gather feedback from partners and partner-facing sellers, and represent GSI requirements in product and marketing roadmap discussions.
  • Measure and report on impact — track partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline, content usage, and enablement adoption, and report results to marketing and partnership leadership.
Requirements

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 7+ years in product marketing, partner marketing, or GTM roles at a B2B SaaS or cybersecurity company, with direct experience marketing to or through GSIs or large consulting/advisory firms.
  • Clear, firsthand understanding of how firms like Accenture, PwC, and Deloitte are structured and go to market — how their advisory, implementation, and managed-services practices are built, staffed, and sold, and how technology partners fit into that model.
  • Proven ability to translate technical product capabilities (data security, data governance, cloud security, or adjacent categories) into partner- and buyer-ready narratives.
  • Experience building enablement content — battlecards, playbooks, pitch decks, certification programs — that partner sellers and consultants actually use.
  • A genuine adopter of AI tools in your own workflow — you use AI to move faster on research, content creation, and enablement work, and you bring that fluency into how you approach the role, not just as a topic you market.
  • A true hands-on individual contributor: someone who does the work directly (writing, building, presenting) rather than a manager who scopes projects and routes them through agencies. Cyera runs lean, so ownership end-to-end matters more than delegation experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and a genuinely collaborative style — you'll work daily across Partnerships, Sales, and Field Marketing, so the ability to build trust and alignment across teams is as important as the content itself.
  • Data security, data privacy, or cloud security domain experience is a strong plus.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
