Own the foundational qualitative research agenda for Suno’s mobile music-creation experience. Conduct ethnographic, diary, longitudinal, in-home, in-field, and concept studies with creators across ages, including children. Partner with product, design, engineering, data science, and growth teams to influence strategy, product decisions, acquisition, onboarding, and retention. Translate insights into durable frameworks, mentor researchers, and uphold strong participant-care, consent, assent, and research ethics practices.

Manage music-industry partner relationships throughout the deal lifecycle, serving as the primary contact for inquiries and coordinating with Legal, Product, Finance, and technical teams. Assess prospective partnerships, translate contracts into internal workflows, track agreement obligations and deadlines, conduct partner reviews and educational sessions, resolve issues, and maintain documentation for active deals and initiatives.

Own end-to-end artist marketing campaigns, from strategy and ideation through execution, partnerships, rights clearances, contracting, and performance reporting. Represents Suno externally with artists, labels, press, and partners while tracking engagement, retention, and artist satisfaction metrics.

As a Staff Product Designer, you will enhance user experiences across web and mobile platforms, focusing on UI and UX design innovation, collaboration, and high-quality craftsmanship.

Design and build Suno's Android app focusing on creation, discovery, playback, and social experiences. Own feature development and optimize performance. Collaborate with teams and set technical direction for the platform while mentoring engineers.
