About Suno

We're building the world's first creative entertainment platform, where the entire world can feel the joy and fulfillment of making music. Music is for everyone: Our users include everyone from grandmothers creating songs for their loved ones, to Grammy winners using Suno Studio, our power tool, to make the most popular hits in the world.

Building the future of entertainment requires ambition. The pace is fast, the problems are hard, and the work demands ownership and intensity. For the right people, it’s incredibly rewarding: a chance to shape a new medium, work with a small team that cares deeply about quality, make music, drink too much coffee, and build something that millions of people use to express themselves in ways that were never before possible.

Suno is the fastest growing consumer entertainment company and the leader in AI music. We are backed by leading investors including Bond Capital, Menlo Ventures, Lightspeed Venture Partners, IVP, Forerunner, Union Square Ventures, Alkeon, Quiet, Matrix Partners, Schroders Capital and, NVentures (venture arm of NVIDIA).

About the Role

Suno's product marketing function is at an inflection point. With a growing PMM team, we're now ready for a dedicated product marketing owner for our new, emerging bets. These are 0 → 1 products and features across the business.

You'll be the hands-on strategic PMM lead for emerging bets at Suno in a highly cross-functional organization. You'll support everything from defining the product strategy and roadmap with Product, UXR, and Design to leading the GTM strategy in partnership with Growth, Comms, and Brand. You'll own major launches and user journey work directly, shape how new users experience Suno, and raise the bar for how we do product marketing as a discipline.

Bets can span very different audiences. The right candidate will have created clarity from ambiguity and driven highly matrixed organizations to a central, measurable strategy.

This role is ideal for a seasoned PMM who ships impact through GTM strategies, loves being close to the work, and thrives in an ambiguous, rapidly-evolving environment.

What You'll Do
  • Define and own the emerging bets strategy, including how Suno moves a user from discovery to signup to first song and early repeat use.

  • Work closely with a core group of leaders to turn early ideas into clear bets, defining the audience and what success looks like before anything ships.

  • Lead GTM for 0 → 1 launches, from early tests and betas to full public releases.

  • Partner with Growth to design and run experiments that test demand and improve acquisition, activation, and retention for new products, bringing messaging expertise, user insight, and creative rigor.

  • Work with UXR and Data to map and optimize the new-user journey for new product areas. Identify the highest-leverage touchpoints and ensure messaging is consistent across all.

  • Serve as a cross-functional partner and thought leader with Product, Design, UXR, Growth, and Brand. Influence roadmap priorities through strong user and market insights.

What You'll Need
  • 8+ years in product marketing or related field, ideally with strong exposure to technology, music, or creative tools.

  • Proven track record owning GTM end-to-end for meaningful new product launches — from insight through execution and measurement.

  • Experience bringing growing adoption and engagement for new products, ideally in consumer apps

  • Experience working closely with Product, UXR, and Growth in fast-paced, high-ambiguity environments.

  • Deep experience with top-to-mid funnel (acquisition, onboarding, activation, early habit) for a consumer, UGC, or subscription product.

  • Exceptional storytelling and writing skills – able to turn complex product work into clear, compelling narratives, copy, and launch stories

  • Analytical chops – comfortable setting success metrics, reading dashboards, and using data to refine strategy, journeys, and messaging.

  • Strong cross-functional influence – able to align Product, Design, UXR, Growth, Brand, and Creator/Artist partners around a single story and integrated plan without positional authority.

  • User-centric mindset – comfortable synthesizing UXR, data, and qualitative feedback into segment definitions, user journeys, and messaging.

  • Self-starter who is energized by ambiguity and can create structure where it doesn't exist.

  • Bias towards shipping and iterating vs. waiting for perfect information. Comfortable running experiments, learning fast, and implementing change.

  • Team-first, low-ego mindset – happy to roll up sleeves on everything from strategy to copy.

Nice-to-Haves
  • Experience on multi-platform products (web + mobile).

  • Prior work on subscription / monetization models or personalization / recommendation surfaces.

  • Deep personal passion for music – as a producer, player, or listener.

Additional Notes:
  • Applicants must be eligible to work in the US.

  • This role requires working onsite at one of our offices.

  • Company Equity Package

  • 401(k) with 3% Employer Match & Roth 401(k)

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
