Litigation Counsel will manage Dine Brands’ litigation matters, including case strategy, investigations, discovery, witness preparation, motions, arbitration, mediation, and court proceedings. The role reviews lawsuits and regulatory complaints, manages outside counsel, advises on pre-litigation risks and compliance, oversees discovery processes, and provides practical business-focused legal guidance. Responsibilities span labor and employment, intellectual property, consumer, privacy, regulatory, class action, and general business disputes.

Executes IHOP off-premise marketing strategy across online ordering, delivery, catering, packaging, promotions, and eCommerce channels.
