As a Trade Compliance Analyst, you will lead country of origin determinations, support customs valuation processes, assess compliance risks, and assist in developing trade compliance initiatives and policies.

Lead global strategy, workflow design, adoption, and operations for Solventum's commercial platforms (CRM/Salesforce). Translate commercial strategy into platform requirements, define UX and workflow standards, prioritize backlog with IT, drive global adoption and change management, and oversee a 20+ person CRM operations organization to deliver measurable seller and customer outcomes.

Lead US product marketing for Solventum's healthcare payment, population health, and quality methodologies. Create strategy, messaging, commercialization plans, and core content; run market and competitive research; support new product introductions, events, webinars, and go-to-market activities; collaborate with sales and business unit stakeholders to drive adoption and financial objectives.
