The People & Culture Manager at Four Seasons is responsible for recruitment, employee relations, payroll documentation, and maintaining employee files while ensuring compliance with California labor laws.

Maintain the general ledger and balance sheet reconciliations; supervise payroll, accounts payable, and cashiering; support internal controls; assist the Assistant Director of Finance; develop finance staff; ensure compliance with corporate and local policies.

Designs and delivers onboarding, compliance, management and operational training; conducts learning needs analyses; manages training programs, trainers and vendors; measures training impact; creates budgets and training plans to improve guest service and managerial performance at the property.
