The Project Coordinator supports project management by performing task entries, coordinating teams, producing reports, and assisting in workflow improvements while communicating effectively across departments.

Coordinate dubbing and localization project assets and tasks, liaise between internal teams and clients, track schedules, report status, maintain project documentation, perform data entry, and escalate issues to Project Managers.

Manage payroll processing (bi-weekly), perform compensation analysis and salary benchmarking, conduct equity and compliance analyses, clean and analyze ATS/payroll data, develop HR dashboards and KPIs, support merit increases, reconcile benefits billing, prepare payroll reports, and advise HR leaders on workforce metrics and process improvements.

Provide front-desk and office support including answering/transferring calls, greeting visitors, scheduling meetings and travel, organizing office spaces and supplies, handling mail and couriers, assisting with events, performing general clerical errands, and supporting executives with calendar management and ad-hoc tasks.
