Manages digital marketing operations across email, SMS, social media, and creative workflows. Builds and monitors Braze and Twilio campaigns, oversees vendors, maintains data quality, schedules social content, coordinates creative approvals, reports performance, and supports digital campaigns. Leads pharmacy partner relations, retention, satisfaction, and organic growth across retail, mail, and specialty pharmacy accounts. Establishes scalable engagement models, strengthens executive relationships, promotes RxSense solutions, identifies account expansion opportunities, and leads account and relationship managers. Partners cross-functionally with product, marketing, operations, underwriting, pricing, and contracting teams while channeling partner feedback into the product roadmap.

Architect and build AI-native production systems across a multi-language stack, design offline and online evaluation frameworks for LLMs, monitor live model behavior and drift, lead architecture reviews, mentor senior engineers, and prototype and ship AI capabilities while ensuring reliability and correctness in a regulated domain.
