Lead technical vision and execution for 1MW, high-speed alternators and primary loop motors. Own electromagnetic design, system architecture, modeling, testing, and manufacturability. Mentor and lead a motor design team, coordinate cross-functional integration, oversee prototyping and validation, and drive production readiness for nuclear-driven power systems.

Lead and build a hands-on test engineering organization to design, execute, and report developmental, qualification, and acceptance tests for reactor systems. Develop test setups, instrumentation and DAQ systems, automated data workflows, and standard methods; run test campaigns, supervise technicians, and deliver traceable data and reports to support design and regulatory needs.

The Business Systems Analyst will drive digital transformation at Radiant by mapping business processes, managing data solutions and analytics projects, and collaborating across teams to optimize data architecture and reporting.
