Provide legal support for Snap's commercial transactions with emphasis on hardware, manufacturing, supply chain, and platform products. Draft, negotiate, and improve contracts and templates; advise on IP, data privacy, technology development, licensing, and e-commerce; partner with cross-functional teams and mentor colleagues while handling diverse commercial matters.

Provide legal counsel for Snap's advertising and monetization products. Advise engineering, product, and design on privacy, advertising, and consumer protection compliance; review specs; develop regulatory strategies; draft public product descriptions; and deliver trainings.

Oversee compliance investigations, case management, reporting, and support for the ethics program while collaborating with various stakeholders.
