Own and improve People Operations programs across corporate and retail teams, including onboarding, offboarding, performance management, internal mobility, benefits, compensation, compliance, HRIS administration, employee data, and manager support. Partner with Finance, Payroll, IT, Legal, and Retail Operations to maintain accurate, scalable, compliant people processes and provide guidance on employee lifecycle matters.

Manage milestones, schedules, budgets, risks, quality, stakeholder communication, and concurrent workstreams throughout titles’ full lifecycles, including post-launch live service content. Coordinate distributed teams, marketing, business development, QA, research, data, product, and platform partners while advocating for player experience and maintaining delivery standards.

Leads social clipping strategy and execution for TV and movie content. Reviews and improves junior editor output, manages high-volume production queues, develops AI clipping workflow SOPs, operates clipping tools, coordinates asset handoffs, and trains editors on platform-specific quality standards. Provides hands-on editorial direction and produces clips for complex briefs or volume spikes across Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and X.

Supports and maintains HRIS and HCM platforms, primarily Workday, by managing configurations, integrations, workflows, reporting, audits, data integrity, system testing, documentation, troubleshooting, and enhancements. Partners with HR, Finance, Legal, Audit, IT, payroll, benefits vendors, and external providers. Develops reports, resolves HR technology issues, improves processes, supports HR compliance reporting, manages related projects, and trains system users.

Responsible for general ledger accounting, including journal entries, reconciliations, financial statements, fixed assets, variance analysis, GAAP compliance, SOX controls, audits, and process improvements. The role supports accounting policy implementation, internal controls, ERP projects, and financial reporting while ensuring accuracy, scalability, and compliance across the organization.
