Own strategic enterprise accounts across expansion and new-logo sales motions. Execute email campaigns for sister brands and collaborate with stakeholders on content creation, reporting, and broader digital marketing initiatives.

Perform full-cycle general ledger accounting, month-end close, balance sheet reconciliations, fixed asset accounting, assist with audits, tax documentation, GAAP compliance, and ad-hoc financial reporting and analysis.

Design, build, and operate backend services and APIs for production systems; support deployments (including on-prem and TS/SCI environments); debug integrations; contribute full-stack features as needed; travel occasionally for customer integrations; improve system reliability and performance.

Conduct SOX and HIPAA IT audits, evaluate controls, recommend remediation for compliance, and collaborate with teams. Role requires UNIX experience and understanding of financial applications.

Manage and grow a base of industrial customers via inbound/outbound calls and email. Provide quotes, convert opportunities to sales, meet/exceed sales goals, coordinate with cross-functional teams, resolve service issues, and maintain product and market knowledge to support B2B fabrication and structural steel sales.

Manage online vehicle leads and sales processes: structure and desk deals, submit to lenders, ensure compliance with laws and lender requirements, prepare paperwork, close deals, audit team deals post-sale, and drive financing and F&I product presentations to maximize profitability and funding.

Manage all workers' compensation claims for a multi-state organization, overseeing relationships with TPAs, claim adjusters, defense counsel and insurance vendors. Drive continuous improvement, perform detailed claim analysis, and maintain strong organization, communication and advanced computer skills (Microsoft Office).
