Sell seafood and gourmet provisions to restaurants and chefs through prospecting, cold calling, account management, and consultative selling. Lead AfroTech and Blavity live/virtual event programs from concept to execution: define scope, budgets, GTM and launch plans; manage teams of employees and contractors; coordinate cross-functional workstreams (content, sponsorship, marketing, production); drive ticket sales, registrations, and membership conversion; own master event calendar and performance reporting; equip partners with assets and messaging.

Serve as primary quality focal for product lines: lead root-cause and 8D corrective actions, manage returns and MRB, develop inspection and quality plans, conduct audits (including AS9100), train staff, perform trend analysis, supplier corrective actions, and present management reviews.

Lead integrated marketing strategy and campaign development to drive brand awareness and customer enrollment. Manage vendors, execute paid and community outreach campaigns, ensure brand consistency, analyze performance with data visualization, collaborate cross-functionally, proofread and maintain content accuracy, oversee budgets and project timelines, and optimize marketing operations.

Manage dealership finance and insurance processes, sell F&I products, ensure manufacturer approvability, manage CIT, support sales team, maintain high attention to detail, work flexible hours (evenings/weekends/holidays), and drive product penetration and revenue through commissions and incentives.

Support lean supply management for laboratory networks by moving and replenishing materials to point-of-use, performing cycle counts and physical inventory, maintaining Kanban and visual management systems, and participating in continuous improvement to reduce cost and cycle time while coordinating with lab staff and supply analysts.

Lead AfroTech and live events from concept to execution: scope, timelines, budgets, go-to-market, ticketing and pricing strategy. Manage cross-functional teams and contractors, coordinate calendars and sponsorships, drive registrations and member conversion, and report program performance.
