Assist in designing and building full-stack web applications using the MERN stack. Work on frontend (React) and backend (Node/Express), create responsive UIs, develop RESTful APIs, manage MongoDB databases, debug and optimize applications, collaborate in code reviews and agile sprints, and stay current with web development trends.

Lead and manage full-cycle recruitment across functions and levels. Partner with hiring managers to define hiring strategies, develop sourcing approaches, mentor junior recruiters, optimize recruitment metrics, champion employer branding and candidate experience, collaborate with HR on onboarding and workforce planning, and monitor talent market trends.
