Perform month-end close activities including journal entries, variance analysis, and reconciliations. Maintain accounting integrity across GL accounts, inventory, taxes, intercompany, fixed assets, and cash management. Prepare audit support, document policies and processes, and support onboarding and training within the finance team.

Support sales and customer success as Data & Fortellis SME; engage dealers/OEMs/ISVs to gather requirements, document workflows, deliver technical demos and proposals, manage Salesforce opportunities, migrate dealers to modern offerings (APIs, Snowflake Sharing), and transition post-sale to services. Collaborate with product, marketing, and client services; perform market research and drive internal governance approvals. Occasional travel (<10%).

Manage product vision, roadmap, and lifecycle for the Net-Rx suite. Conduct market and VoC research, prioritize features, work with engineering via Agile/Jira, perform UAT, monitor platform operations and pricing data, coordinate GTM, train staff, and apply LTC pharmacy domain expertise to ensure regulatory compliance and financial performance.

Lead the Foodservice & On-Premise partnership with Coke Florida to deliver annual volume and revenue plans. Develop and execute FSOP strategies, oversee field execution, promotions, merchandising, distribution, and performance analysis. Build bottler and customer relationships, drive beverage incidence and profitability, provide opportunity assessments and competitive analysis, lead joint business planning, and partner cross-functionally to ensure aligned execution. Role requires regional travel and capability building for field teams.

Lead digital and content strategy for the Global Connected Living line, developing insights-driven marketing plans, pilots, and KPIs. Partner cross-functionally to drive consumer engagement across channels, scale successful pilots (including AI-enabled personalization), manage ad and martech budgets, and lead a small team of marketing directors/managers.
