Manage accounting and financial tracking for capital construction projects and media productions: reconcile project costs, analyze budgets, monitor invoices/change orders, ensure grant compliance, prepare reports, support year-end close, and assist with capitalization and audit-ready documentation.

Provide front office support for students, parents, staff, and volunteers. Lead global brand strategy and integrated marketing campaigns for Sonic, spanning social, PR, influencer, digital, paid media, creative, content, experiential and partnerships. Partner with internal teams and agencies to develop creative assets, track campaign performance and brand health, leverage consumer insights to inform strategy, identify growth opportunities across markets and categories, and mentor junior marketers to drive measurable business results and franchise growth.

Support sales by managing enablement programs, collateral, AI-powered tools, dashboards, and reporting. Run onboarding, maintain CRM/BI data integrity, automate workflows, and produce executive-ready revenue materials.

Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and integrations. Build custom objects, UIs, batch/scheduled jobs, data migrations, and ensure code quality and releases in sandbox and production environments while mentoring peers.
