Lead lifecycle marketing strategy across email, SMS, and direct mail to drive acquisition, onboarding, engagement, retention, and customer lifetime value. Develop segmentation, personalization, automated journeys, promotional campaigns, and testing programs. Manage database growth, privacy compliance, KPIs, analytics, reporting, and Martech vendor relationships while collaborating with Product, Creative, Analytics, Content, and Customer Experience teams.

Build and maintain strategic, trust-based partnerships with Southern Baptist churches to increase prayer, generosity, and missionary sending. Create customized engagement plans, connect churches to missionaries and initiatives, manage CRM and communications, track outcomes, travel frequently for relationship-building, and collaborate with internal teams to mobilize resources for global missions.

Lead end-to-end HR functions including workforce planning, full-cycle recruiting, structured onboarding/offboarding, employee engagement and retention, training and development, HR systems and compliance, employer branding, and executive partnership to track KPIs and improve employee lifecycle outcomes.

Identify, vet, and onboard established artists globally; manage outreach and partnerships; maintain artist CRM and database; conduct interviews and collect assets; support design and programming of immersive experiences; advocate for artists and build relationships with brands and cultural organizations to grow the platform.

Provide remote legal representation in litigation matters, manage cases independently, handle discovery, depositions, court appearances, and trial preparation. Communicate with clients, negotiate settlements, and deliver strong written, verbal, and analytical advocacy. Preferably possess personal-injury litigation experience.

Own territory sales for the Rocky Mountains region, build relationships with AV integrators, consultants, and customers, forecast account sales, collaborate with distribution and internal teams to drive adoption of NETGEAR AV/IP networking solutions, and travel up to 50% to support accounts and demonstrations.

Coordinate and manage digital and in-person events including webinars and LinkedIn Live; set up webinars, send promotional emails, manage Zoom/Restream, coordinate marketing assets, maintain email lists, and ensure smooth event execution and engagement.

Lead and manage multiple client engagements for a human-capital consulting firm, providing strategic advising, coaching, synthesis, analysis, and recommendations to HR leaders, CEOs, and Boards. Oversee project delivery, mentor junior staff, connect talent functions (compensation, performance, org design) and identify responsible AI/technology opportunities to streamline work while centering equity. Support business development and represent the firm at client sites and events.

Lead strategy, roadmap, and execution for Treering Yearbooks. Use data, research, and cross-functional collaboration to improve activation, engagement, retention, and revenue. Define metrics, run experiments, build dashboards, and translate customer insights into product requirements. Guide discovery through launch and ensure stakeholder alignment and measurable outcomes.
