Lead client-facing marketing analytics projects including Marketing Mix Modeling, multi-channel attribution, digital analytics, pricing/promotion, and demand forecasting. Support end-to-end sample and PO processes: track and receive samples, enter and maintain raw material data, issue and manage purchase orders, ensure order accuracy and timeliness, communicate with overseas vendors, and support cross-functional teams and special projects.

Lead HR business partnership for Product and Technology and own company-wide learning and development strategy. Coach senior leaders, drive org design, workforce planning, performance management, complex employee relations, and HRBP team development. Build LMS strategy, manager development, role-based learning paths, AI-fluency programs, and measurement frameworks that link learning to business outcomes.

Provide front-line administrative support at the Irwindale headquarters: greet visitors, answer phones, perform data entry, manage supplies and calendars, coordinate meetings and events, assist with light facility/cleaning tasks and occasional errands, and support leadership with special projects.

Lead marketing operations and chief-of-staff functions: establish operating cadence, build leadership dashboards (CAC, ROAS, LTV), manage launch calendar, run quarterly planning and OKRs, own budget/POs/vendor relationships, document playbooks, and align marketing with product, e-commerce, retail, and ops.
