Manage preparatory payroll across international entities (Germany primary, plus France/Spain), liaise with external payroll/EOR/PEO providers, resolve employee payroll queries, automate HRIS-payroll workflows, calculate commissions/bonuses with RevOps, and support Finance with reporting, audits, and statutory compliance.
