Supports World Vision’s Corporate Services team through project coordination, technology integration, occupancy planning, facility management, and event or chapel coordination. The intern will coordinate timelines and stakeholders, research process-improvement technologies, assist with space-utilization initiatives, and support events while developing administrative, communication, and project-management skills.

Leads federal, state, and international tax compliance, including returns, estimated payments, information filings, and tax calendar management. Supports ASC 740 income tax provisions, transfer pricing documentation, tax audits, reconciliations, tax research, and financial statement disclosures. Clean, structure, code, and summarize datasets; use SPSS, R, Excel, Python, and VBA to conduct analyses and automate procedures. Prepare Excel outputs and PowerPoint presentations, explain findings to internal and external clients, support analytic planning, and ensure accurate, timely delivery of market research work.

Manage SI&OP analysts and lead sales, inventory, and operations planning across Slate business units. Develop demand forecasts, optimize inventory, align procurement and production with customer demand, resolve planning imbalances, track KPIs, and execute monthly planning cycles. Drive process standardization and continuous improvement while collaborating cross-functionally with sales, marketing, engineering, purchasing, production, finance, and fulfillment teams.

Leads technical supply chain and hardware lifecycle initiatives, including SKU rationalization, inventory optimization, parts consumption analysis, cost reduction, repair efficiency, and vehicle quality improvement. Partners across Engineering, Product, Operations, Quality, Finance, and international teams to analyze field failures, warranty data, and hardware performance. Develops corrective actions, supports supplier and product improvements, and serves as the liaison between U.S. operations and Asia-based quality teams. Requires frequent domestic and occasional international travel.

Supervise Treasury Management Operations, including client support, risk processes, service-level agreements, audits, transaction approvals, vendor management, product implementation, and operational controls. Lead team hiring, training, coaching, performance management, and workflow improvement. Ensure compliance with banking regulations, maintain procedures and documentation, resolve escalations, identify fraud, and support data-driven efficiency initiatives across treasury and payment services operations.

Lead strategic distribution and business development across broker-dealers, RIAs, TAMPs, managed account platforms, and wealth technology ecosystems. Develop West Coast growth strategies, expand enterprise relationships, drive platform approvals and model portfolio adoption, and grow assets and revenue. Partner with investment, alternatives, OCIO, retirement, research, sales, and relationship management teams to deliver integrated solutions. Represent Wilshire in executive client engagements, conferences, due diligence meetings, and platform events.

Responsible for developing and managing a portfolio of commercial and commercial real estate clients to generate loans, deposits, and other banking products. Support department sales and service efforts, ensure compliance with bank policies, assist with audits and CRA objectives, meet personal sales goals, promote customer experience, and participate in community activities.
