Coordinate end-to-end ocean export shipments, prepare export documentation (bills of lading, invoices, certificates of origin), ensure compliance with international trade regulations, use CargoWise to manage shipments and reporting, liaise with freight forwarders and customs brokers, resolve issues, maintain records, and provide customer service.

Support, configure, and maintain CRM, ERP, and Ship & Debit systems; translate business requirements into system configurations; design and maintain integrations (iPaaS, APIs, EDI); ensure master data accuracy; build SQL and Power BI reports; coordinate vendors and UAT; maintain SOX application controls and documentation; provide training and process improvements.
