Drive new customer acquisition for Hypersonix by prospecting, qualifying leads, arranging product demos, and coordinating with product and finance teams. Manage CRM records, forecasts, proposals, and outreach via sales development platforms to meet revenue goals within retail, eCommerce, restaurant, and hospitality markets.

Lead strategic communications and public affairs for the Church: develop messaging, write/edit press materials and speeches, manage media relations, research trends, create collateral, train leaders, coordinate major events, and build relationships with government, community, and media stakeholders while advising on sensitive or crisis communications.

Perform plan reviews of structural, architectural, and building systems for code compliance; prepare plan review comment letters; meet with clients to clarify comments; apply current state and municipal building codes and standards.

Lead discovery, translate business needs into user stories, and design Salesforce solutions. Configure declarative functionality, support testing/UAT, and deliver full lifecycle implementations. Manage client relationships, lead functional workstreams, mentor junior staff, and contribute to cross-team collaboration and delivery assets.
