Manage mortgage loan closing and funding activities, including validating disclosures, preparing closing packages, resolving complex documentation and fee discrepancies, maintaining accurate loan data, and coordinating with borrowers, settlement agents, loan officers, and internal teams. Ensure compliance with regulatory, investor, and internal requirements, monitor closing pipelines, track loan statuses, identify risks and delays, support audit readiness, and deliver timely, accurate closings.

Lead medium-sized electrification service projects from planning through closeout. Manage project teams, resources, schedules, financials, risks, opportunities, contracted deliverables, customer acceptance, and compliance with procedures, safety standards, regulations, and specifications. Coordinate internal and external stakeholders, optimize resource utilization, and ensure successful project outcomes in a global business environment.

Own and expand strategic relationships with accounting and CPA firm partners. Partner with Operations, Continuous Improvement, HR, and plant leaders to standardize work instructions, deliver training, coach local teams, drive user adoption, and establish governance. Support digital transformation, operational excellence, change management, and workforce development initiatives in a remote role requiring travel across the United States and Canada.

Own strategic relationships, business outcomes, renewals, upsells, and long-term growth for enterprise SaaS clients. Lead executive engagement, success planning, roadmap development, AI-informed marketing strategy, escalations, competitive positioning, and cross-functional collaboration.
