Manage post-selection hiring operations for high-volume programs: prepare and extend offers, run background checks, execute Workday transactions, maintain audit-ready records, and hand off cleared hires to onboarding while improving processes and SLAs.

Under close supervision, perform accounting functions including wire transfers, corporate checks, general ledger entries and reconciliations, accounts payable, returned items, stop payments, research requests, and record retention while following internal controls and banking regulations.
