Develops and improves property and casualty insurance products by researching market trends, regulations, competitors, and bureau programs. Mentors team members, oversees project-site personnel when needed, ensures quality and customer satisfaction, and may participate in on-call rotations and overnight travel up to 50%.

The role is primarily remote in Texas but requires travel as needed and schedule flexibility, including evenings and weekends.

Support tax filings, audits, internal controls, revenue recognition, management reporting, and variance analysis. Execute B2B demand-generation campaigns: build and optimize paid search and paid social, create LinkedIn audiences, perform keyword research, report pipeline metrics, prepare QBR decks, and collaborate on quarterly client plans.
